This website is operated by EXQUERO. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to EXQUERO. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform and secure checkout.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

Products and colours

We work hard to show our products accurately. Colours and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural leather and suede vary from pair to pair. Our sizes are EU; our size guide shows UK, US and foot-length equivalents.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. Delivery is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout; we don't see or store your full card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your shoes. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Refund policy.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Accounts and newsletter

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Acceptable use

You may not use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, scrape or resell our content without permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and the EXQUERO name and crest, belongs to EXQUERO or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to any order placed while it is shown here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
